Refund policy

These Creative Hands pride ourselves in providing quality excellent customer service to each of our clients. 

 

1) These Creative Hands requires a minimum non-refundable 50% creation fee deposit on all orders.  (this is non-refundable) 

2) Clients are expected to pay the remaining balance within 7 days of being notified creation is completed, before it is restocked and sold. 

3) These Creative Hands have local meeting stations for all DMV clients; Clinton, Bowie, and Alexandra. 

4) Clients are responsible for shipping. 

5) Full Body mirrors are only available for local residents. 

6) ALL SALES ARE FINAL
